Though every effort will be made to keep to the original price quote and timeline, sometimes unforeseen circumstances occur which extend the production time and/or increase the final cost. Your custom order will be made to your own specifications to the best of my ability and understanding, while accounting for structural limitations of the medium and/or the general unpredictability of the medium itself. I do not accept custom orders if I am not completely confident that I can execute them to your expectations. Custom orders are not eligible for return.

I acknowledge that price quotes and time estimates are subject to revision during production of my custom order, though all efforts will be made to keep to the original quote. I understand that I am ordering a one-of-a-kind work of art and that pottery is a game of patience and understanding. I understand that custom orders are not eligible for return.
